1. Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely! Our sites utilizes https protocol that guarantees a secure communication and encrypted information between our servers. Look for the secure indicator on your browser's address bar.

On top of that, all of our payment transactions are handled directly by PayPal, Amazon Payments, or Shopify which enable us to support most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay and many more. 

We do not store, nor see your payment information. 

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free worldwide shipping on all of our products, regardless of the purchase amount! 

3. How long are shipping times?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items between one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes between 10 - 20 days for items to arrive.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number (on most shipments) that will let you keep tabs where your order is at all times. This tracking number can take up to 24 hours to display information

4. What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back guarantee! Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
